Germans must not have taste buds if they crammed fish bananas in their mouths.

The fish to banana ratio is insane. At least double the fish.

This is gross, but the weirdest thing to me is that the bananas are so straight.

I’m sure this would be good on a plantain. I’m gonna tell myself old Germans ate plantains. 😐

Thats some fat ass bananas man. The fish we call krydder sild, like spicey herring, it tastes good just not with bananas 🙂

Yeah we all know what happened last time we let the Germans cook. No more!

“They bought it, bananas and fish! It’s actually going to be in the cookbook!

You … owe me a car.”

I regularly eat pickled fish (herring) with apple or pineapple. People say it’s disgusting af. I love it.

W.T.A.F., as someone who grew up with German grandparents and their traditions I’m very glad this wasn’t one of them.

Reminds me of my islands dish Codfish and Potatos. We add bananas to our dish with a delicious tomato-garlic sauce. I won’t knock it.

Sounds complicated. I’m going to need a step-by-step recipe.

The thin strip of red bell pepper is somehow the most cursed part of it all.

  14. Fucking hell… and I thought our (Swedish) 70s food was bad 🤢

  15. Add some raw hamburger and onions and you’ve got a full meal!
